A HANGOUT TURNS A CROWD INTO A COMMUNITY!
The first believers in the early Church built relationships in fellowship. Acts 2:46 states - “Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.” They worshiped together in the larger context of the Temple Courts, but also spent time together in intimate settings in Their Homes. In other words, they hung out together. These connections strengthened their bonds and grew their faith as disciples.
Their example provides us with a pattern to follow today. We need the opportunity to worship together in larger Sunday Services, but also need the connection that smaller, intimate settings provide. This is why we encourage people to come and Hang Out with us.

1. Temple Courts
2. THEIR HOMES
They were faithful to the worship, prayer and teaching of the Word of God in the larger services in the Temple Courts, and they were committed to building relationships on a personal level in Their Homes. This is still a great example for us to follow today.
Spiritual growth requires the time, commitment, accountability and relationships that small groups provide. Building bonds with others will bless you and allow you to be a blessing to others. We strongly encourage all of our Surge People to join and actively participate in a Connect Group!
